🟣Dr. Ali Firouzabadi, a psychiatrist and associate professor at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, was born in ١٣٤٤ in Shiraz. He completed his general medical education and residency in Shiraz and graduated in ١٣٧٣. After completing his legal service at Semnan University of Medical Sciences, he has been employed at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences from ١٣٧٨ to the present. He learned the principles of psychoanalysis under psychoanalysts Ahmad Houshang Ordoubadi and Abdolrahman Rokni and underwent personal analysis with them. In recent years, his focus has been more on treating dissociative and trauma-related disorders. In addition, he has taught the principles of dynamic psychotherapy to psychiatry residents and clinical psychologists in the university educational setting and in workshops that he conducts.
