Dr. Norouzi is one of the few cardiology specialists in Tehran who perform angiography using the new snuff box method. This method, which is performed under local anesthesia through the artery on the back of the hand, is not associated with vascular complications at the puncture site, and the patient is discharged from the hospital two hours after the angiography. The advantage of this method is that, unlike angiography through the leg, the patient can immediately resume their daily activities. During the evaluation process, complete blood tests must be performed, and at the discretion of the clinic's physicians and based on clinical conditions, a chest X-ray, exercise test, cardiac scan, or angiography may be requested. In some patients, however, the initial evaluation shows that they do not have a cardiovascular problem and do not require further evaluation.
