🟣Dr. Arash Sharafat Vaziri was born in ١۳٥۶. He completed his secondary education at Alborz High School and, after completing the general medical program at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Sciences Branch, and obtaining his doctoral degree with a high rank, was accepted into the Orthopedic Surgery program at the University of Tehran. In ١۳٨٨, he successfully obtained the board certification in orthopedic surgery from Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Dr. Sharafat Vaziri has worked for years in the treatment and rehabilitation of professional athletes. Since ١۳٨٨, he has completed numerous courses in sports injuries, arthroscopy, and knee joint replacement under prominent professors in the field. In addition to obtaining a fellowship in knee surgery from the University of Tehran in ۱۳۹۵, he has also obtained three advanced subspecialty fellowship certificates in knee joint replacement from Germany and Austria.
He is a member of the World Association of Sports Injuries, Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery. In addition to treating sports injuries and athletes at the Iranian Sports Medicine Federation, he is also engaged in treating fractures, correcting lower-limb deformities, and performing knee joint replacements at his clinics.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Dr. Sharafat Vaziri has an outstanding athletic background. He was a member of Iran's national swimming team for many years and won multiple championship titles. He also obtained an international swimming coaching certificate and currently works as the senior medical advisor and a member of the Medical and Anti-Doping Committee of the Asian Swimming Confederation, as well as the head of the Medical Committee of Iran's Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Federation.
