When should you take seeking care more seriously?
Some symptoms should not be ignored in the hope that they will resolve on their own.
- Visible blood in the urine — Make an appointment for medical assessment even if there is no pain.
- Sudden or severe testicular pain — This may require urgent assessment; call 115 if there is severe pain, swelling, nausea, or vomiting.
- Inability to urinate — Seek urgent care for urinary retention or severe pain with it.
